A session commences with a detailed questionnaire intended to discover all aliments and history of the client, such as, surgeries, traumatisms, medical history and pathologies.
Subsequently, tests are performed to notice any imbalances and limitations. It is with the results of the above that the osteopath can begin therapy with manual techniques including articular pumping, fascia, cranial or visceral therapy (just to name a few).
Finally, clients leave with recommended myofacial, osteo-articular stretches or proprioceptive exercises in order to maintain the continuity of the therapy.
